Guided Solitude Practices

Currently, for me, it’s been solitude. I never thought such an extrovert like me would embrace solitude, but it has allowed me to lean on God like never before. It’s definitely refining me and i’m excited to what i’ll learn in this season. What’s your favorite spiritual discipline / practice?
